      At a minimum, this ticket should address:

      • Accounting for tenant id in NSS construction
      • Overwriting existing TS field (as opposed to throwing an error) 
      • Clarifying contents of _stream_meta
      • Banning dotted paths for output ts field (can leave a TODO referencing SERVER-77563 if needed)
