Remove sharding information from CollectionPtr

      Today CollectionPtr contains sharding attributes such as isSharded and the shardKeyPattern. These are used on read paths. CollectionPtr is a storage layer concept, so it should not be aware of sharding attributes. Once read paths use CollectionAcquisitions we should remove these attributes from CollectionPtr.
