jstests/sharding/analyze_shard_key/deprioritize_query_sampling_inserts.js fails in mongodb-mongo-master all-feature-flags buildvariants because for sharding_multiversion task, the necessary feature flag featureFlagDeprioritizeLowPriorityOperations  has been removed from master and v7.1, but the flag defaults to false in v7.0. Because the flag does not exist in master, resmoke has no way to know to enable it for v7.0 binaries in all-feature-flags variants and multiversion tasks.
