      It appears that there are some cases where the throughput probing statistics are not be tracked properly. For example:

        timesDecreased: Long("37"),
        timesIncreased: Long("45"),
        totalAmountDecreased: Long("0"),
        totalAmountIncreased: Long("0")
      }
