Generate and apply the BSONColumn DocDiff from the bucket catalog

      Once the work to move the compression state into the bucket is complete we can generate the binary diffs from partial representations in the bucket catalog directly, and apply the diff on the primary node instead of using a transform-style update.

      With this, we can remove Bucket::decompressed as we'll no longer need the full pre and post-bucket document images.
