The archiving we do in the hang analyzer (core dumps and data files) needs to stay in the 15 minute period after the task timeout.

• • We will maintain all of the current hang analyzer features. In the future it will be easier to add new functionality to the async hang analyzer.
• The analysis needs to be separated so it can be run longer than 15 minutes.

    • Core dumps
    • Binaries
    • Debug symbols
  • Requirements:
    • Keep all analysis features from the current hang-analyzer.
    • Be able to run locally.
      • The proposed plan is to incorporate the new analyzer into a resmoke subcommand.
    • Be able to run asynchronously.

For now we only need to add backtraces to the analyzer. More analyzer features can be investigated later
