Remove hang analyzer code from buildbaron tools

      I spoke with Jeff about this and we concluded that the current hang analyzer integration with the buildbaron tools does not provide that much value and has been broken for months without any complaints so it should be safe to remove. 

       

      It is nontrivial to change it to support the current core analyzer output because it is not available when the task fails.
