Dbcheck should not fail with CommandNotSupportedOnView

      dbcheck catches an exception CommandNotSupportedOnView here (see the BF-29373 for the scenario) and log it as a health log error.

      We should catch the exception here and log it as a warning like we do when the collection doesn't exist here.
