      2 parts:

      • Move `--createDockerCompose` from the `run` subcommand into its own subcommand called `generate-docker-compose`
      • Add a new `–useMongodConfigFuzzer` and `–useMongosConfigFuzzer` option to  determine whether to generate a mongod.conf/mongos.conf and use it in the mongod/s startup scripts.
