This is a closely related task to SERVER-79580, although SERVER-79580 should be done first. We should build upon the infrastructure introduced in SERVER-79580 so that we can route $graphLookup in the same way. We also need to implement a similar set of test cases for $graphLookup. Because the test cases are so similar, we might want to share some test code so that we can easily test the same data placement scenarios with similar $lookup and $graphLookup queries.
