Once https://github.com/10gen/mongo/pull/14686/files is merged, SDP needs an ongoing CI build with Bazel enabled. For the initial version, we can keep it very limited:

• Run the commands listed in README.bazel (https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/946cd9f1358cb5d0223561db7bcc4aa3734ef0ff/docs/bazel.md?plain=1#L5)
• Only run on arm64
• Comments should clearly indicate that SDP is responsible for addressing any BFs from this build
• Should run periodically (at least daily)
