KeysCollectionClientDirect::_insert to no longer pass a nss

      KeysCollectionClientDirect::_insert currently passes a `nss` which is only used in one place where we pass in `NamespaceString::kKeysCollectionNamespace` .

      We should refactor this and port `NamespaceString::kKeysCollectionNamespace` where `nss` is being called.
