Potentially change `migration_server_status.js` to work with CreateCollection_v4

      With the new version of CreateCollectionCoordinator (SERVER-78918), the test timeouts. Modifying this line with +2 makes it pass. We should consider whether this is a problem with the test that should change once the feature flag (featureFlagAuthoritativeShardCollection) is disabled, or the coordinator is wrong.
