      New parameters: maxDbCheckMBperSec, maxBatchTimeMillis

      • SERVER-82164 added some testing for throttling/ maxDbCheckMBperSec / maxBatchTimeMillis but we should confirm that those are thoroughly tested for extra index keys.
      • dbcheck_extra_index_keys uses maxDocsPerBatch already - confirm that it's thoroughly tested.
      • add tests for maxCount/maxSize
