Since SERVER-44422 (Allow findAndModify and delete one to target by query instead of extracted shard key) was backported to 6.0 (which is "last-lts" for the 7.0 branch), some of the asserts in stale_mongos_updates_and_removes.js and extract_shard_key_values.js are no longer correct and need to be updated.
