[CQF] Make existing jstest work with the new CQF explain

      The work included is: supporting CQF M2 explain output in the existing explain helpers, fixing the remaining assertions in tests that start to fail, and, if possible, removing the enableExplainInBonsai failpoint. It may be that we can't remove the failpoint due to the M4 passthroughs. If so, we can enable the failpoint by default and disable it for the those tasks only.

      Expecting to split this ticket into a couple of subtasks.
