To keep the integration matrix in check and to ensure we ship configurations that we've actually tested (including for performance) we need to – at least – add the guard on featureFlagSbeFull. And we should consider just using it instead of the feature-specific flag.

UPD: Let's keep featureFlagTimeSeriesInSbe flag. But we should also add a query knob to allow disabling the feature after it’s shipped (as Atlas cannot use the feature flags to control the availability of a feature).
