Separate SessionManager into a base class and two subclasses for asio and gRPC-based sessions

      In order to manage gRPC and asio sessions properly, we'll need a SessionManager implementation for each. We'll also need to change the ownership of a SessionManager from the ServiceContext to the TransportLayer so that multiple SessionManagers can exist at the same time (e.g. when TransportLayerManager) is in use.
