Run replication recovery in magic restore

      After we've inserted additional oplog entries into the oplog, magic restore should run replication recovery. We should be sure to set startupRecoveryForRestore to true (or some equivalent). If we're doing a non-PIT restore, we don't need the additional oplog entries.
