We enabled the prevent data corruption project (PM-2689) on 7.1 with the plan of backporting the enabling of the feature flag in 7.0.1 after the automation agent had been updated to use the correct permissions to avoid warnings.

However, it seems that the automation work is more than expected, and hasn't been completed on 7.1 or 7.0. Therefore, we will need to wait until those projects (CLOUDP-119203 and CLOUDP-116305) finish before this feature should be enabled.

Therefore, we should disable this feature flag as well on 7.1 and only enable it on 7.1.x once the cloud project is finished
