$setWindowFields window unit fails to re-parse

      This ticket covers $setWindowFields failures in BF-30324 that are related to the output.window.unit field failing to re-parse.

      The field is being serialized as a literal, obscuring the actual value, while parsing expects one of a specific set of values. The time unit field associated with output.$integral.unit (as one example) seems to be serializing correctly, so we can use that as an example when fixing this.
