      SERVER-79994 Introduced shard merge passthroughs running in multitenancy.

      The `multitenancy_shard_merge_causally_consistent` suite was commented out because it is currently failing and needs to be investigated and fixed.

      We should investigate patch failures (such as this one) and figure this out.
