Change or remove tests which are testing requests with tenant prefix alone (no unsigned security token with "expectPrefix: true") because we decided that Atlas Proxy would send "expectPrefix: true" on everything before we rolled out mongoq.
In this task, we need to remove or update the existing test codes which test requests with tenant prefix alone. 

• the related passthrough test suites , such as multitenancy_jscore_passthrough.yml  (this file should be removed)
• the related js test files, such as native_tenant_data_isolation_expect_prefix.js (this file should be update to expect error response from mongod when testing tenant prefix alone requests)
