Test multitenancy passthrough against the real Atlas Proxy

      Today, we run passthrough against mongod with the `simulate_atlas_proxy` override which simulate the tenant requests of Atlas Proxy. 

      In this ticket, we need to figure out a way to run passthrough against real Atlas Proxy to help us cover more cases which are not supported by the simulator.
