Optimize mongos behavior for singleBatch and batchSize 0 for bulkWrite

      Similar to how mongod works mongos should avoid using cursor specific data structures until necessary and not store more replies than is necessary (for singleBatch + batchSize:0 we shouldn't store any replies for example)
