SERVER-80723 simplified the sys-perf code, but ended up introducing a "Linux Microbenchmarks Standalone Template (Don't Use)" variant on which tests are scheduled.  The cleanup also contains a new anchor that we want to keep, which is unrelated to the don't use variant.
