For magic restore, we'll need to be read data in from stdin. This includes the initial restoreConfiguration, as well as any additional oplog entries passed in for a PIT restore. This ticket should build ability to read in from stdin. We already have some logic to read in bytes from a file (back when we assumed we'd pass in additional oplog entries with a file), so maybe we can leverage that / make it more general.
