Prevent future changes to the enterprise repo

      We should prevent future changes to mongo-enterprise-module after we combine enterprise and mongodb repo. 

      I plan to modify the README and set this mongo-enterprise-module repo to readonly.  

      Also, update relevant docs (see below: https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-82968?focusedCommentId=6343156&focusedId=6343156&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-6343156 ).
