      Resolve issues with all feature flag performance variants (like this one). 

      This patch has an example of a failure. 
      Error line: 

      NotImplementedError: Adding all feature flag not supported.mongodb_setup.all_feature_flags is enabled but the mongodb tarball doesn't have the feature flag file. Make sure you are using a recent mongodb tarball.
