My changes in https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-83208 broke the mongodb-mongo-master-nightly project completely. We should have tasks in the commit queue that at the very least ensure `evergreen evaluate {config}` passes so breaks like this are not possible. This should also apply to sys-perf.
