Create an initial document that provides an overview of the major design choices made during the implementation of embedded router mode. We should continue to update this document as we move throughout the project and close it out.
Creating this separately from SERVER-49632 to track creating an initial description of "embedded router mode"; we can use SERVER-49632 as a placeholder around project close-out to make sure all updates were documented before we close the project.
