M60-like AL2023 variant is using the incorrect mongodb_setup_release

      The variant M60-like AL2023 3-Node ReplSet ARM AWS 2023-09 is currently using the "original" release, but should be using the "2022-11" release. The original release uses w:1, but we should be using "w:majority", which the "2022-11" release does.
