Remove BlackDuck from Security Daily Cron

      BlackDuck is currently not running in ~ Security Daily Cron. Recently, Evergreen switched from tracking `mongodb/mongo` to `10gen/mongo`. This has changed the project name that BlackDuck detects. As the agent lacks privileges to create new projects, it's unable to upload scan data.

      We should switch to the scans provided by mazewalker.
