Sys-perf is switching the compile tasks from custom compiles to using the same compile tasks as mongodb-mongo-master. 

This means that the build_patch_id parameter can be used to skip the compile, however, sys-perf users are used to the reuse_compile_from syntax, so we should make it an alias for build_patch_id.
