During aggregation creation we're accessing the Catalog with the inverse order of what it should be.

Instead of first acquiring a snapshot via AutoGet/Shard Acquisition that stashes the correct Catalog version we're:

Accessing the latest version of the catalog since we do not have a snapshot open
Opening a snapshot at a potentially different point-in-time
Assuming the catalog is the same for the following computations
