Increase timeout for benchmarks_sharding task (4.2.25)

      The longer test in benchmarks_sharding task is chunk_manager_refresh_bm. BACKPORT-16609 made this test to take around 45 minutes but the timeout for this task in evergreen for the * Enterprise Windows 2008R2 variant seems to be 30 min only.
