[CQF] Add "isCached" field to plans in Bonsai explain

      This is the Bonsai equivalent of SERVER-82238. We would like a boolean field "isCached" on plans in Bonsai explain to indicate if they match the cached plan. In classic/stagebuilders, this was done by storing a hash of the plan in the plan cache.
