Double check findAndModify namespace before converting from time-series buckets to view namespace

      We made the assumption that when `isTimeseriesNamespace: true` is present, the namespace of the command is already in buckets namespace format. We should double check it and only convert it to the view namespace when it's in buckets namespace format.
