When performing a reopen on UniqueStage, we should clear UniqueStage::_seen. This is because if reOpen represents a fused close/open, the result for UniqueStage should be an empty _seen buffer. 

It is not clear whether this affects any SBE query that runs today, however, this is a simple enough fix that we should just fix it.
