Streams: MongoDBDeadLetterQueue needs to be MultipleProducer/SingleConsumer

      Because we are processing merge entries in a separate thread, two threads can now produce DLQ documents.  Currently the underlying queue we are using is SingleProducerSingleConsumer.    This could cause some concurrency related issues.
