Similar to how we absorb QueryFeatureNotAllowed errors when calling $queryStats in the RunQueryStats hook, we should also absorb errors with code 7373500 in the hook setup (i.e. resetting the query stats store size). This is because after running a fuzzer-generated test that downgrades the FCV we may run another test and this setup step will fail.
