Write a blog post about working with the Documentation Team. Tentatively, the post should address the skills required for a documentation engineer and the day-to-day experience of being on the team.

The most important purpose of the post is to promote the team and bring it more visibility. Our goal is to use the piece to attract new hires for the Documentation team, as well as encourage interns and new grads to try the Docs team during their time at MongoDB.
