      1. For a small scale, generate the data and queries using dbgen, and upload the SQL queries.
      2. Convert the data into a mongo-friendly format, create appropriate indexes, and provide a bson archive for use in PERF tests.
      3. Convert and upload as many queries as possible using the BI connector. There may be follow up work to convert the remainder.
