      After SERVER-85372 and after 8.0 is the last FCV, the behavior of cloneCollectionAsCapped in mongod and mongos should match, so checks for sharding cluster in tests capped_convertToCapped1.js, clone_as_capped_nonexistant.js and convert_encrypted_to_capped.js can be removed.
