Certain tests add a CA to the user store which is not removed at the end of the ssl_linear tests. This appears not to matter for recent mongo versions, but causes issues for 4.4 (and earlier, though earlier is EOL). Regardless, better to make the change to all versions.

This is purely an issue with tests, not mongo itself.
