For the queued sink operators, the helper thread that is pushing docs to the external system may run into an error. Currently, we will catch this situation in the top level runOnce , but, we should somehow make it so , so that we catch it earlier , so that if we are emitting a large batch of docs, we will not end up blocking on a full queue.
