Major - P3 As of CLOUDP-140142 cloud-dev azure instances are not Amazon Linux 2 rather than centos based. This has broken all the Atlas azure tests and DSI / sys-perf will need to be updated to support the new configuration.
Update DSI atlas azure tasks to use an AL2 compile artifact.
