Use UUIDs instead of NamespaceStrings in BucketCatalog

      Currently we use (NamespaceString, metaField) pair values to disambiguate individual time series. We can substitute the system.buckets collection UUID in place of the NamespaceString in order to save space and avoid dynamic allocations.
