Delete "Enterprise Windows" variant in favor of "* Enterprise Windows" variant

      We spend ~56k/yr on Enterprise Windows. We should remove the Enterprise Windows variant and replace it with "* Enterprise Windows" variant. We need the "* Enterprise Windows" variant to publish packages and run without diagnostic latches.
