We would like to update the "atlas-like-replica.2023-09" variant to use a AL2 workload client so that we can continue to run Genny tasks on Atlas-like variants. At this time Genny does not work with the DSI AMIs for AL2023.

During this work, we also noticed that the DSI integration tests were not working as expected as "schedule_global_auto_tasks" did not have a variant assigned (https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/DEVPROD-3927). This work will also remedy that issue.
